Timetable

The nursery day is carefully balanced so that children have time to be active, time to play and be noisy, time to be quiet, time to listen, time to concentrate, and time to rest. When working with our lower school babies and toddlers, independence, confidence and mobility are encouraged through a variety of activities using a sensory approach. Activities such as: treasure baskets, heuristic play, cooking, singing songs and music times, outdoor play and co-ordination activities are included in the weekly timetable.

Term Times

To help maintain our quality provision, we prefer if all our staff took their holidays at the same time. Therefore we close for short breaks throughout the year, at Easter, Summer, and Christmas, as well as bank holidays.

Holiday Closure Dates 2020/2021

Easter Holidays 2022 The nursery closes at the end of day on Friday 8th April 2022 and reopens at 8.00 a.m. Tuesday 19th April 2022

Early May Bank Holiday 2022 The nursery is closed all day Monday 2nd May 2022

Spring Bank Holiday 2022 The nursery is closed all day Thursday 2nd June 2022

Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday The nursery is closed all day Friday 3rd June 2022

Summer Holidays 2022 The nursery closes at the end of the day on Friday 12th August 2022 and re-opens at 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 30th August 2022

Christmas Holidays 2022/2023 The nursery closes at the end of the day on Thursday 22nd December 2022 and re-opens at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday 4th January 2023
