The service supplied is that of a place in the nursery at agreed times and days. Refunds will only be made if the nursery, through its own fault, fails to make available the agreed service and an alternative placement proves unsuitable for you. If a credit balance builds up on your account, it will be refunded, on request, by means of bank transfer regardless of the original method of payment.
